11 Beach Club! 3 short blocks to the ocean! Pool!

The host and check in was flawless.th condo is cute but small bit did the job. 1 big issue is the condo is listed as 2 baths… but it’s on 1.5 bath. Only one full bath for 5 adults was disappointing and it sleeps up to 10. There is a very small shower upstairs. If you’re a bigger man/women best of luck. 2 main areas of concern was the back yard was filthy and the floor of the outside shower was algae green looking. The other was towels and a blanket were left in the washer machine. Overall, I do recommend this condo perfect for beach access and does have a pool out front. Please clean the backyard for your next guess and it is a great space as well.

Could not have asked for more value for our money! This was our first trip to Rehoboth/Dewey Beaches and we didn't know what to expect. This turned out to be a great launch pad to learn about the area. Bonus: it's maybe a 10 minute, at most, walk to the beach, with three teenagers, pulling our beach wagon. Very clean, spacious townhome. Emphasis on clean, almost like you are staying at a friends or family members' home. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds, and a third bunkroom for 5-6 kids that costs a little extra. More than comfortably fit our family of five. Easy waking access to the beach. Very affordable. More than met our needs. Will definitely consider staying here again. Only one full bath but does have a second half-bath. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Pool was great for cooling off after the beach.

My family had a wonderful stay. We loved close access to the beach in a quiet community neighborhood, comfy beds, rooms w privacy, and the pool. We could wash sand off right outside. Easy pull up parking for 2 cars whih we appreciated. I would have preferred to have the access code to unlock the door earlier (before leaving to drive in) just to settle me/ know all is set and in place, I understand it's not given out too early for security, and we did get it just before checkin time.Looking forward to staying another time.

The place was nice. Good location. Common/living area is a little small. They advertise that it sleeps 10 but you have to pay extra for guests 5-10 - or they won't unlock the upstairs (3rd floor) room (the rooms on the second floor have double/queen beds, upstairs has bunk beds and a double bed). I had 5 guests so I paid for one extra but had my daughter's friend not joined us, this would not have worked for my family of 4 as my teenaged son and daughter would not have shared a bed and I wouldn't want to pay extra just to have access to appropriate beds for siblings. Overall though this was a good accommodation for a few days.

Last minute attempt to find a spot for a long weekend was just enough for 5 of us. Great location, 2 blocks to Dewey and only steps from Fifers!! There were enough beds for 10, but not enough seating in the living room if all beds were filled. Another couple was initially planning to come, but glad it didn't work. Don't expect fancy, but the owners were timely with questions and the kitchen was stocked with utensils and pans and equipment enough to make soup, bake cookies, and blend up some yummy drinks. Honestly, I would only say it would be nice to have had a broom and a dust pan to quietly counteract sand buildup on the kitchen floor, and maybe towels that would cover up the average body so you could wrap one around you coming from the outdoor shower. But otherwise a great option for a couple nights at the beach!
